Our regular Airbnb change-over focuses on the key areas of your property to ensure the next guest leaves a 5-star review. A standard Airbnb clean includes;

Kitchen

All surfaces are sanitised & tidy
All dishes are cleaned and put away
Microwaves and Bin areas are checked and cleaned
Rubbish & Recycling disposed of
Fridge cleaned & emptied of perishable items
Oven Inspection

Bathroom

Mirrors and Glass cleaned and buffed
Toilet, Basin, Shower and Baths are sanitised & shining
Toiletries left presentable
Bathmats and Towels left folded

Living Areas

Dusting of surfaces
Draws, Wardrobes and under beds checked for items left by previous guests
Bed linen changed with fresh towels on the bed

Throughout

Full vacuum and mopping of hard floors

Outside

Sweep/Tidy of an outdoor area plus BBQ inspection
